DELIVERY
Purchased items will be shipped within 7 business days of the order, although most will be within 3 to 4 or less. Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery to arrive. If you still have not received your purchase after 3 weeks, please notify somethingsimpleco@gmail.com . You will receive an email from somethingsimpleco@gmail.com when your order has been confirmed.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Although availability may be indicated on the Site, we cannot guarantee product availability and products, nonetheless, may not be available for immediate delivery. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order. If there is any revision, discontinuance, or cessation, we may, in our discretion, ship products which have substantially similar functionality and specifications to the products ordered or cancel your order.
RETURN POLICY
NO REFUNDS. EXCHANGE ONLY within 10 days from when shipment is received. All exchanges dependent on existing stock. Notice must be given to info@somethingsimpleco.com within 2 days for any problems or concerns with merchandise. Items must be in their original packaging, in as-new condition with both the printed receipt and return form when returned. Domestic customers are financially responsible for shipping the item back to SOSICO. for the exchange. International customers are financially responsible for shipping the item back to SOSICO. for the exchange, as well as for shipping the exchanged item back to their respective country. *ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL. NO EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS.

What is SOSICO.? What does it mean/ stand for?
SOSICO. is a "double" acronym for "Something Simple Co." or "Something Simple Company". (Ex: SOmething SImple COmpany.)
Where are you located? Can I make a purchase in person to avoid shipping costs? Do you take cards in person?
We independently ran and operated our very own flagship store(s) from 2016 through early 2020 where you could make purchases in person. We eventually did away with the physical locations to focus on exclusive direct-to-consumer online sales. Sometimes you can catch us hosting our own pop up shop or vending at a local festival or artist market - check our social media accounts for updates on that!
Is this Online store legit? Is my personal information safe?
Yes. We are 100% 'legit'. Our transactions are processed through Stripe using their security features for a safe checkout process.
How is shipping calculated? How long does it take?
Shipping is calculated by the weight of the package, for example - sweatshirts cost more to ship than a tee shirt or a hat. All orders are shipped via USPS (Or Fedex on rare occasions) and should take about 5-7 business days to arrive. If your order has not arrived within 2 weeks of the date that it was placed, please contact us immediately.
You're out of ____ size. Are you ever going to print more?
We produce limited runs of each product with the intentions for that to be the one and only run. So unfortunately, probably not.
Do you rent out your location for events, shows, pop-ups for other brands, etc?
We used to, but unfortunately not so much anymore. We’re always open to ideas though, so feel free to drop us a line and make us change our minds.

Who is matt colwell? What is rest in power / The matthew e. colwell legacy?
Matt Colwell was a son, brother, cousin, friend, and most importantly in regards to SOSICO., one of the two founders. Without him you wouldn’t be reading this because this webpage and brand probably would have never existed. Designed by SOSICO., Rest In Power is an annual collection dedicated to Matt that partners directly with The Matthew E. Colwell Legacy to raise money for an annual scholarship fund that is donated to a Coventry High School senior in Matthew’s name.
DO YOU NEED A PHOTOGRAPHER, DESIGNER, MARKETING, ETC?

Why forever & always, save us, against all odds, etc.? What do all of these slogans mean?
We adopted “Forever & Always” in early 2018, along with a few others. Most are pretty self explanatory, or meant to be left to interpretation. Forever & Always is a bold statement, it’s a claim, a reminder, and ultimately a promise - mostly to ourselves. We plan to be here for the long run, integrity and longevity.

Through the years we have built great relationships with many different manufacturers that all specialize in producing different types of high quality products. We don’t typically throw out names, but we do offer sub-contract manufacturing services for almost anything you can imagine via our creative studio - BLK MKT Studios.
